I have used Green Steel Supplies many times, and each time the service has been excellent. Their knowledge of steel, and advice they provide, help me get the steel I need easily.It doesn't matter what size the order, small or large, they will assist in the same way and haven't left without what I went there for.Good effort guys, appreciate your help and great service.

I phoned and visited Green Steel on 22 October 2020. After phoning three other steel suppliers to buy some galvanised steel, they were head and shoulders above the rest. They had the best price and a lovely can do attitude. The factory guy who brought out our sheet of metal offered to roll it and even provided some duct tape to do this. We were quite nervous about doing this ourselves and it made a huge difference to being able to transport it home safely on our trailer. The other companies I phoned were close to my house but gave me the advice that I should try Bunnings or Straco for such a small item & kept me waiting on hold for a long time. I had already tried Stratco and was a little shocked at their price and Green Steel were a third of the price I'm happy to say. I only needed the steel for a garden bed so it didn't need to be thick or great looking. Give Green Steel a try they're the bomb for a great price and friendly service!!

This is my goto place for all my steel supplies. The staff are always great and helpful, even though sometimes I have no idea what I am asking for, they always seem to know and point me in the right direction.Prices are great as well..

Great team with exceptional service and prices. Green Steels is my favorite supplier of all sorts of metal. they are always happy to help out and competitive on all prices. It's great example of a well run SA family owned business. They make mistakes like anyone else, but they are great at going over and above when it's needed. I've found the bigger competitors to be more expensive and put you in a que, even if they're not serving anyone. I'm happy to pay the small cut fees, as they are doing me a service, the bigger guys charge double the cut fees and take ages!

Wish there was less than 1 star,Rang and asked for some ss square rod, Tim said he thinks he would have some and would call me right back. A week later, I rang again to follow up and the person I spoke with said he would get Tim to call me back. Over a month later I've heard jack squat!!!I now need some copper sheet butif this is how you do business I will take it somewhere else!

Called up asking for a specific size of steel and I was assured they had it in stock. Upon arrival I find out they didn't have it in stock. Two hour drive for absolutely nothing. Very disappointed with my first experience with them.
