The whole experience of choosing, ordering & receiving our kitchen was excellent.We made a plan on their website & booked a time to meet a consultant at their showroom.We made our choices & a quote was emailed to us fairly sharply. They had also modified some of the cupboards so that we did not have fillers or work arounds to make things work.(ie the standard fridge cabinet is 900mm but our fridge is 915mm so they made the fridge cupboard 930mm wide).Delivery could have been 2 weeks but we chose a later date that was convenient to us.All through the process communication was excellent.The cupboards arrived on time, already assembled & easy to install.We expected to wait 6 weeks for the stone worktops to be measured, manufactured & installed but it took 2 weeks.We were so impressed with every aspect of the process that I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The staff at the Glandore showroom were very pleasant. Thanks Dajana. From time deposit was paid it was just a few short weeks before our kitchen was on it's way. Amazing turn around in a season where I could have waited months. Grateful for a fast turn around. Unfortunately on delivery day a piece of benchtop didn't arrive as well as stability feet for pantry. The unexpected delay on delivery day was made worse by the dispatch of the missing items with no specific delivery time the day after. The result was our installer waiting all day for parts that had no eta. Waste of a day made our installer unable to finish on time. When missing benchtop arrived, the driver knew nothing about th missing pantry feet? When I attempted to follow this up with the show room as advised by the driver, staff were not apologetic at all and treated us like we were pestering them and genuinely soured. There's definitely gaps in service delivery that could have been avoided.Lovely cabinets but knock on effect with the other trades due to delay on delivery day wasn't great at all. My second purchase with U Install, but disaster delivery and staff being unapologetic is just not worth a 3rd time round for us.

I found U-install-it Kitchens to be professional, well informed, friendly & prompt. My consultant Megan was brilliant and after my meetings with her felt reassured i was in the right place. I had also gone to a competitor but the differences on every level were significant. I am so excited to see my new kitchen and laundry go in. I will post an additional update when that's completed. Totally recommend , so hard to find this level of service particularly at the moment in the building industry. Must also mention they will have my kitchen ready for my installer in 3 weeks, the other place was quoting 3 months.! Amazing, what more can you ask for !? (...yes, pricing is very good too) !!

Maddie at U-install-it Glandore goes above and beyond for her customers. I have used her now for a number of commercial projects, she is very efficient and has a great eye for detail. I would definitely recommend U-install-it for their quick turn around and quality products that come fully assembled and are all locally made in SA.

The team at U-Install-It were great. We knew what wanted and they were able to supply, Maddie's follow ups and chasing around was particularly great in keeping us informed with updates.

The girls at U-Install-It were so prompt and helpful in making my new kitchen come to a reality. Great service, and the quality of product was amazing. It all came pre assembled on site and delivery was fast. They explained the process and my design in detail - and were so friendly. Could recommend going here to anyone, especially for the price you pay!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly assistance to design and fit kitchen to our space. Manufacture and delivery (over 120km) on time. Very impressed. This is our 2nd kitchen with them.
