This shop has an eftpos minimum of $10 for lotto purchases, this is barbaric and unethical.Eftpos minimums MUST be accompanied by a transaction fee if the purchase is under the prescribed minimum (per the ACCC).Charging a minimum for lotto is unethical as it plays on the gamblers willingness to purchase and on their superstition.
