I was in Tivity yesterday. I can honestly say that I'm going back for 2 reasons.1. Customer Service. The store owner who greets, serves customers packs shelves etc is hilarious funny. He just had me in fits of laughter from the minute I walked in-store. And actively tried to be extremely welcoming to everyone who came instore. The store is huge and has a wide selection of items ranging from gifts craft supplies kitchen utenciles cups plates bowls etc artificial flowers in gorgeous colours. A big selection of cards stationery, stationery supplies small range of clothing cushions home wares garden needs the list just goes on and on. The only down point was it was really hot. But it was 40 degrees the day I was in-store. No aircon in a store of that size could cope with that heat. The 2nd reason why I would go back is when we left the owner came out to assist us with getting a taxi because he heard us give the wrong address. And we weren't close to where the counter was. Thats 100% satisfaction for me. If you love a good hunt even just to pass some time and get it at a great price and receive fantastic customer service then this is the store for you

Disgusting shop. Everything is covered in dust and the staff are shockingly rude.Feel dirty just walking in here.

Lovely store, huge variety. Polite and hapy employees make shopping at Tivity a pleasurable experience!

They discriminated against my medical condition and refused service unlawfully according to PRIVACY ACT 1988 - SECT 94H. Even asked to see my medical letter" so I tried explaining calmly to them that's against the law to ask that and they replied with "sue me". I'll take my money elsewhere
