Paid $150 up front for an inspection of the property, The guy who came out started yelling my name from the street, talked over the top of me the whole time, Proceeded to lecture me about ground water and how there is no drainage on the property, he hadn't even looked over the property at this stage. I questioned him about a few things and he ignored me. When I asked about doing the inspection (as I had organised an inspection over the phone with the company representative ) he said he wasn't here to do an inspection but give a quote and was a tradesman and was throwing figures at me the whole time. At this point I asked him to leave and he continued to talk over the top of me , and I had to ask him a few more times to leave.Very unprofessional and very unhelpful I would not recommend to anybody, seems like his only concern was to charge me for services I may or may not have needed.

I engaged Adept Underpinning to excavate and underpin an area under my house that was suffering from water damage and not usable from a footprint point of view. Les was amazing, great communication along every point of the job, and an end result that has given me an extra 28sqm of usable floor space that now has no water issues - the recent storms in Sydney proved that this area can handle lots of water with no damage or concern. Les is one of the hardest workers I have met, he cared about the job and treated my place like his own. I am extremely happy.

Les helped to underpin the front wall on my 150 year old terrace house in Newtown which is built on soft clay and was moving. He explained everything in a lot of detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in what he was doing. The underpinning has been a success with the cracking now stopped and the house seems to have settled. After some cosmetic work on the wall, you wouldn't know it had been done at all. Thanks to Les who was a great help during a stressful time, and for saving my house!

Les solved the problem when no one else could. He is a master at seeing where drainage/pumps etc needs to be and installs quickly and professionally. No question is too small for him. Lisa is fantastic in the office - quick to reply and has a fantastic memory! Highly recommend Les.
