If you’re looking for curly hair specialists who can bring your curls back from years of straightening, and work you towards your hair goals, I cannot recommend them more. My curls are incredibly health and grow so quickly after a haircut with the team.

Lucas is a magician! I was super nervous about my cut after another supposed curl specialist did an absolute number on my hair but there was no need to worry! Lucas listened really carefully to my concerns/goals and cut my hair with so much care and attention. I honestly can't believe how much he has repaired my curl pattern and hair texture in one cut. It has completely transformed my confidence and relationship with my hair again - I'm excited to style my curls again and embrace them.The salon and cut experience is absolutely lovely and relaxing and you can tell everyone at Project One loves and cares about curly hair. I know plenty of people are in a similar position where you struggle to trust a new hairdresser after bad experiences - believe me you do not have to worry with the Project One team. I really thought my hair was irrecoverable but Lucas has transformed it. 10/10! ❤️

Today I went to Project One for the first time and without doubt this is the best curly hair cut I've ever had. It's the first time I've left a hairdresser with a haircut and style that I am happy with when I've walked out the door. Usually, I hold judgement for once I've had a chance to wash and restyle it myself. My hair today looks better than anything I've ever achieved myself. Without a doubt the best curly hair cutters in Sydney and beyond, and I have tried many. The first time I had my hair cut was a revelation and finally my curl looked like it was meant to. Each cut makes my hair better and the curls are now celebrated rather than straightened. Nikki and Lucas explain everything and there is no pressure to buy products. They genuinely love what they do! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get these curls looked after. The best in the business!
