Good location, close to the train station and Westfield. It has a good amount of stock and the staff were quite helpful and friendly - special shout-out to the security guy who reached out to help us when he saw that we were struggling.

Unprofessional rude manager (Balding middle-aged Male). Everyone please check your product seal before purchasing. It is not worth the experience trying to explain with management.We bought some eyedrops from here earlier in the week in a rush without checking the box, only to realise the 'seal' on the box was broken upon getting home. Due to hygiene reasons, we wanted to exchange this box. We fully understand company policy of broken seals of not allowing refunds/exchanges on products with broken seals, HOWEVER we bought it in such condition from the shelves! The manager insisted that it was policy that they cannot refund/return products with broken seals as they are unable to resell it (fair enough) but we tried explaining that we bought it in this condition from his branch! (Ironic) He eventually agreed to the exchange but muttered under his breath 'what a lame excuse'. When he checked the other stock on the shelves for the exchange, alas surprise surprise - THE SEAL WAS BROKEN as well on the new box - making my point and case. We were and are not liars. It was disgusting behaviour that a MANAGER implied otherwise, making us feel unfairly judged. We are honest shoppers and it was such a disappointing experience. In general, I love chemist warehouse for their great range of products at value prices, but I will absolutely not be returning to this store.PS . We do not condone dishonest behaviour of knowingly opening seals and trying to obtain a refund/exchange. Please be considerate.

This Chemist Warehouse store is always fully stocked which is great but the aisles are so narrow it makes it difficult getting through and finding what you need. It is especially even more difficult now with the physical distancing. There is another Chemist Warehose store literally just down the road which is much bigger.

Newly renovated and located in a very convenient location. The store are spacious which giving you more time to stand and read products’ label. Staff are on the floor waiting for you to drop them questions and they are informative.Don’t miss out some good deal on vitamins, I love it.

Just went in store to pick up my monthly script and the store attendant rudely accused me of stealing my medication last month and forced me to pay 2 times the cost of my medication to cover the last “missing” dose. Do not go here, the pharmacist will ‘lose’ your medication then make you pay for it.

This place is so jam packed it's anxiety inducing. Navigating it with a pram is very tricky. The products and prices are great, I just think you should look for a different location

Usually happy with this place, but now I won’t buy nor do click and collect from there anymore. Just purchased some baby porridge and I haven’t check the bag before getting home and now I realize that the pouch they’ve given me is about to expire (there’s even a yellow sticky on it). Click and collect should not be used to dupe customers

I was after a particular skin care item which was on special but the store didn't have it. I decided to look at other brands and as I was browsing, the door greeter asked if I needed help so I explained my dilemma. She walked away but kept watching me. I've worked 8n retail, I get it.But then within about 5 minutes, she sent 3 staff members to offer me help. I explained each time what I was doing but everyone was still watching me.I decided instead to buy online and as I be walked out, the door greeter checked my back then pointed to a box incense (which I had brought elsewhere) was so I took it out of my bag to show her.I was prepared to spend $140 today at this store but because 4 different staff members treated me like a thief I didn't purchase anything.Whoever the door greeter was at 930am this morning is not good for your business. She's rude and makes honest customers to never want to return. Im absolutely disgusted with how she treated me and will never return to this store!

Excellent pharmacy. They always do a fantastic job with my prescriptions. The pharmacists are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Most of the supplements are excellent brands and often discounted, which is excellent. The range of products here is fantastic. To top it off, products are probably sold at the best prices you can find.Highly recommend this pharmacy. I have only ever had pleasant experiences here.
