My husband and I have been with Telstra all our married life and have never had a problem, until today. I had a list of things I need to ask but all I got was we don’t do that anymore, I’m sorry I can’t help with that, if you go to the place down the street they might be able to help you. What has happened to service?

Telstra should be ashamed of the staff at the Tamworth store. I went into their store 2 weeks ago. The young greeter was clueless when I told her what I wanted. I was then approached by another staff member, after telling her what I was there for ,( which was change of account ownership), was told that she did not have time to do that for me that afternoon. This was at 12.50pm on a Saturday, the store closes at 2.00pm. I was then told I could come in any day during the week between 9am and 5 pm, at which time I told her that I do not live in town , I live 1 hours drive away. I was then told if I want to come back in to the store on Saturday in 2 weeks time then they can assist me. Seriously Telstra, that's just not good enough.

Lengthy delay in delivery of a replacement phone under warranty that is holding up our business and were unable to provide any information as to when it will be here and were not proactive to chase it up. Also they would not answer their phones nor return calls from messages left on the answer machine.

Walked in to have our plans looked at 3 staff standing around talking. (Others serving) told it would be a 3 hour wait or she could book us in after the festival. I realised we night need an appointment but 9 days is just them not wanting to help as it won't effect there bonus and commission.

Pretty useless staff. They were unable to help with getting a new sim card added to my account. Wasted an hour in store for them to tell me they couldn't complete the request.Went home and was able to complete the order online via the telstra app without issue. This is becoming a common occurrence for myself, i have more success resolving issues myself through other means than going through telstra staff (this is not localised to the Tamworth store). Better training for their in store staff is required across the company. If where i worked had decent coverage with other telcos i would not be continuing my services with Telstra.

We walked in and the staff just ignored us. There was staff sitting down the back and one girl walking around yelling anybody got an appointment. So the four people waiting got ignored including us. So we left.

I don't believe this Company. Can you give them minus 5. Two weeks ago I made an appointment with Zac, on 19th Octat 12noon. On Tuesday 18/10 I received a. text telling me I had an appointment, and would I push button to say Yes.I was outside and my phone was inside I didn't get the message until I came inside. Then, I received a text to say my Appointment was cancelled and I could make another Appointments. I don't know where they get their.training but Telstra needs to get a refund.

Only because zero stars is not an option.Wait 5 minutes being ignored by two and then three staff at check in point. Check your store camera footage, it is true. Approach sales counter and request to purchase a prepaid sim card. Told someone would be with me in five to ten minutes. Then told I need to be in the appointment queue and I am welcome to wait in the waiting area for a further estimated thirty minutes to make my purchase.To be clear, I just want to buy a prepaid Sim card. It is a shame you have the only usable mobile network because you are, by any objective measurement, absolutely hopeless.
