One helpful engineer but the rest of the staff were neither helpful, knowledgable nor polite when I asked more questions than they felt they should be asked about their products. In fact two young sounding employees were positively rude when I wanted more information, and complained about my wanting it. I spoke to a plumber just now and he said he had heard bad things about dealing with Atlantis too, so I am not alone in my experience.
