I went there today to find the colour on my old roof tile , the service and advise that I got was second to none , very courteous people I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who served me but I am sure you can’t find to many like him . Great place to shop for paint , thanks again for all your help .

Great staff but it's only open till 10am on sat morning not 11am I sent an email into them complaining of this and there hours are ridiculous. I didn't even know they were there I have lived in area over 16 years. They don't do any advertising in the area and with all these new homes going in. Plus this being an old area a lot homes will need repainting. But they don't stay open the hours the people need them to stay open. Dulux need to get with the programme or bunnings will take all the customers.

The customer service i received was very poor there was a lot of team members then he was talking to me and then took a phone call then serves up the customers and then I have to wait to get served again and then he took other phone calls like there was no priority of the having one person to serve me and to deal with he was doing fifty things at once please just concentrate on one client at a time

Extremely poor customer service bordering on hostile - for no reason. I came in for a specific product (metal shield touch up spray), making a polite inquiry, and was blockaded. I don’t understand - they’re running a business and money in is a good thing, right? I walked in as a customer who will purchase a product. Why be hostile? To the unhelpful gentleman behind the counter with the attitude unsuitable for customer service, how about a role that is removed from customer interaction? You’ll be doing the Dulux franchise a favour.

Very helpful staff. Showed me their broad range of spray machines and other paint tools. Got looked after and put in touch with the right experts for some of the curlier questions. Would definitely come back again!

Staff were really quick to serve me which was a first thank God, plus we're very helpful in picking what I needed... Parking on the side of the centre, but what's happening to the paint prices (Liquid Gold)...
