gave me scalp burns...this place is always booked out and I have been wanting to go for a while so I decided to check it out while they had a promotion. my hair looked nice and I felt fine when I left the salon, but about a week later I discovered I had scalp burns. a lot my friends love this place so it was so disappointing to have this experience.I have had my hair full bleached many times at different salons with no problems, and even after 3 bleaches my hair and scalp have had no issues so I don't think I'm encountering this because I have a sensitive scalp as they only did one bleach. during the bleach process, I did not feel an unbearable amount of pain so I didn't say anything, but after they washed the bleach out I did think my hair looked suuper blonde (unusual) like I had done 2~3 bleaches when they had only done one bleach.I feel that they maybe used too high level of developer or maybe didn't wash the bleach off properly after bleaching as I have scabs and there is a particularly painful portion on the middle of my head that I am applying burn cream to now.I would say the cutting is good (expected since its $100) but I hope I can get a refund or at least warn other people to not get their hair bleached here.EDIT: they refused to give me a refund due to store policy" and blamed it on sun exposure..?i left the salon at 6pm that day? also they offered to do a hair treatment but my scalp is burnt i do not think a treatment would help in this situation... again extremely disappointing"

Everyone was super lovely. The lady at the front desk (I wish I got her name) was very welcoming . I love that they provided little snacks with the water! My stylist was Eriko and she did an awesome job cutting my hair. I made a comment in passing that I tuck my hair behind my ears and then during my haircut I noticed she was checking that the length of the face framing pieces could still be tucked! So thoughtful! The hair wash was so lovely as well - I felt so relaxed. Will definitely be back here.

I got my hair cut at Usfin Atelier on Wednesday and had a lovely experience! the staff were super welcoming and the experience itself was a great one! I got a hair cut from Eriko who made sure we had a very thorough consult and knew exactly what I wanted! The hair cut was perfect I couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely be going again!

Way Overcharge $110 for an hair cut which only used 5 mins to finish. Ask to cut a little more on layering, told me no way he will do that coz it will take him 1 hour to do so!? I have put my $60 deposit and wait 3 months for something I can cute myself!? What a joke!? The hair stylist is rude and never accommodative. Me too. I m telling you, no way I will ever come back again!

Don't go there if you have curly hair. Very beautiful salon and nice staff but clearly had no idea how to cut curly hair. The stylist went in on my dry 3a/b curly hair with a fine tooth comb without brushing it out first which resulted in the brush getting stuck on my hair multiple times and ripping hair out. Furthermore put curl cream on my half dry hair and continued to dry my hair with a diffuser by running the diffuser through my hair like a brush which resulted in loooots of frizz. Clearly no knowledge on how curly hair works. As well as this I asked for layers in my hair and ended up with the hair on the top of my hair longer than the bottom, looks like reverse layers. I think the website needs to be changed from saying they cut all hair types to just straight/wavy hair.

I had a haircut on Saturday, my stylist was Eriko - she was so attentive, friendly and gentle with hair. I like how they treate hair gently here, as I always be very gentle with my hair as well.The result was amazing, my hair now looks like an anime character - so fluffy and cute. I felt so happy with this new style cut.

Got a soft wolf cut style done on my wavy, shoulder length hair with Moeko. She is a wizard! Amazing! I had the goal of looking more masculine to balance out my feminine appearance and she worked her magic to give me the exact hairstyle I wanted! With the cut and style package my hair was washed and conditioned, and diffused. All of the services and team members working with Moeko on my hair were amazing! She kept in mind my wavy hair and my usual hair part and was fantastic to chat with. The complementary tea and snacks are also fantastic, all the staff here are amazing! I’m definitely coming back to this salon for my touchup.

Daniel , Xena & the Usfin team are truly best in show!I rarely would take the time to review but I think Usfin to be the best salon in Sydney. Cater to all styles & hair types with no arrogance! Their aesthetic is super chic, just adore it all!If you haven’t visited yet, you need to try!
