Despite the website saying they close at 1pm on a Saturday, as does Google, they shut at 12pm. Don't waste your time here.

One phlebotomist to service a FULL waiting room of patients is not fair on staff or patients. Excessive wait times, especially when you need to attend numerous times each week .Patients can't spend over an hour waiting for less than a 10 minute blood test. Australian Clinical Labs lift your game and get more staff!!

Great service, so gentle did not even feel the needle going in.

Sometimes I'm a daily patient or at least a tri-weekly one, I can't fault the care I'm given, The staff are kind & caring & will take the time to answer any questions you have, Please be kind to staff as sometimes things get very busy & the waiting room can have half a dozen or more people waiting,Sometimes people require a large amount of tests done or the patient is scared of needles or they faint or its a child, I've listened to adults throw what amounts to an adult tantrum as they've had to wait 15mins, the more you disturb staff the more you slow them down, if you don't like waiting don't attend this clinic, the staff treat everyone as individuals & won't rush a patient through cause someone in the waiting room is being self-centred & selfish, treat others as you wish to be treated with kindness & respect, this clinic will look after your needs very well.
