Quaint, bustling, convenient 24-hour gym with ample free parking. Recently acquired a second floor with plenty of additional space with new equipment including free weights, rack, monkey bars, platform, sled. Great for anybody wanting to do body weight training/calisthenics. All members free to enter this area and they hold their J-series (HIIT group classes) there on most evenings. Staff are friendly, remember who you are and happy to pick up a hanging conversation from your last visit.

Love this gym! Jetts is a fantastic gym because of the flexibility and affordability. I signed up at this gym and my membership allows me to visit any Jetts gym location in the country. I am also not locked in to any contracts and can cancel at any time. I can also pause my membership for a minimum of 7 days. I have been a member to several other gyms including Snap and AnyTime but they really lack the affordability and flexibility of Jetts. This location is also easy to get to by car or bus and has strength training and cardio fitness equipment. The staff are also really friendly and super helpful.

Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye due to work-related reasons. however, my time at Jetts Annerley was amazing, the gym has everything you need, it is clean all the time and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to give 5-star customer service to the Gym's Manager Leah, she is such a boss! She is on top of everything going on in the club and always finds time to approach you to give you a warm and welcoming greeting. I recommend this gym to everyone!

I was overcharged over seven weeks ago and am still waiting for the refund. Paperwork was submitted and approved on June 6th and apparently is still sitting with an accounts team. I feel bad for the two staff members on the floor (Grace & Candice, who were lovely) because they can't authorise refunds due to the company's structure and accounts management process. I would not recommend giving them your bank account details if being OOP will inconvenience you.

Gym was good for most levels of gym experience. Can get busy but you can easily work around those times. Manager is great and the function room is good for dynamic workouts. Overall, was happy with Jetts Annerley.

Friendly and helpful staff, good gym for convenience but pretty small and lacking a fair bit of machines and equipment. Gets very busy and the price is higher than most gyms even though it’s smaller and lacks a bit. Decent environment but overall there is better gyms near.

I am still waiting for my refund. I have cancelled my membership in the end of January 2023 and informed you guys that I don't want to continue because I was travelling overseas but you guys charged me 3 times $29.90 after that last amount was deducted from my account on 8 March 2023. It would be appreciated if you can refund my amount $89.7. I am chasing it from last 3 months.

Equipment in good condition and generally not busy. It's a bit annoying the gym is split into two rooms.

Staff are very friendly and positive. The gym is small, but there are two rooms and the equipment layout has been well thought out. The second room is very spacious and has 2 racks, a deadlift platform and some dumbbells. I really enjoyed it because it was usually more private and only 1 or 2 other people there.Also easy to sign up, cancel and pause membership as they don’t do lock in contracts.
