The Beauty & Brow Parlour Colonnades 2

I have been going to this place for more than 2 years and have always requested the same service . In the last few months their service has beyond appalling. The eyebrow threading went from AUD 10 to AUD 12 to a massive AUD 18. Never going to this place again.

I never leave reviews, and I am not a negative person so what I say is in shock.The woman threaded my brows in about two minutes and it was the most painful it’s ever been (been doing it for 6 years and never had an issue).The woman did not thread the middle of my eyebrows at all, above my nose and those hairs for me grow all directions so I had asked they be cleaned up.She also threaded one eyebrow almost half way off (right), it looks so embarrassing, and did not thread the other at all it seems (left).When it comes to tinting this looks so intense because on the left side she has tinted my skin well past where a brow should end and thick, but don’t the right brow thin.At the end she showed me in the mirror and before even finishing, “is that okay?” she had removed the mirror so I didn’t even see until I went in to another store and was so mortified.In summary I have one very short and point brow and one very long and thick brow. It is very embarrassing and I will not be returning.Even my husband was shocked with how they looked and he normally barely notices my eyebrows unless I point them out (as men do).

Wax and brow tint. She actually listen to what I wanted. Very quick and well priced service. Very happy with my results

I regularly go to the beauty & brow parlour for eyebrow threading. Today I also had a eyelash lift & could not be happier! Absolutely love them.The ladies are usually nice & polite, wait times are good. Reasonable prices. There has only been one.time when I wasn't happy the shape of my brows.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, was the next in line and was 8 months pregnant, let the lady know that I was going to use the bathroom and she said that was fine and then as I came back another lady walked in before me and the lady I let know that I was going to the bathroom said it’s a ‘first in first served’ business. Very rough and hurt a lot which it doesn’t in other places and my eyebrows are now not even. Won’t be back. Waste of my time. Walk to the other end and use the eyebrow place across from the Newsagency. Fantastic customer service there.

Such a wonderful experience. Meenakshi did a phenomenal job at waxing my eyebrows, she listened to my wants and needs and educated me on how to gain more growth over time. Highly recommend going to this salon to see her. Thank you Meenakshi!

I had read all the reviews before I booked my eyelash extension appointment, they weren’t that great but having been there once before years ago, I took a chance, big mistake.I showed them what I wanted & got nothing like the photo.The materials used are cheap, nasty hard plastic.The glue was burning my nostrils as I was breathing it in. My eye got glued shut, the lady blamed me for touching the pad under the eye even though she reposition it before we started.My eyes are so soar.The lashes have huge gaps & stick up, size variation is non apparent.I have been getting my lashes done at another place for 9 years in Sydney, I know what to expect & it’s not what I got.The woman kept the door open,I could hear shopping trolleys going by, her & the other worker talking to each other across the room in another language.She kept getting up to serve customers, the other woman kept coming over to chit chat in their language, she even took a long personal call whilst doing my lashes!!! I paid $120 for this!!!!Woke up this morning with an itchy swollen eye , the one that got glued shut, I have a job interview WednesdayNEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!I have had to wait 2 days to see a doctor costing me $60 & now am on antibiotics another $7 for inflammation.

Outcome was ok but had to wait for staff to finish threading another staff member before I could have mine done. Couldn’t they do that after hours? Why do freebies before paying customers? I was a little embarrassed standing there waiting for them to finish. I guess that’s what happens when you’re paying cheap prices. Might be worth paying more to get prioritised as a customer. This was down the bank end of colonnades. Out of mind out of sight.
