Don’t deserve a Star....Please take my advice and stay away from these guys. I started my small business a year ago and found Busy bookkeeping through google . I found them pleasant and chatty and built a trusting relationship with the company, or so I thought!I have a very basic company file on MYOB with 4 employees of which I process the payroll. There was minimal quarterly reconciliation to do on this very basic account but this didn’t deter them from invoicing thousands for some quarters with the explanation that they where being “professional “ and “checking everything was in order”.Once I became familiar with the software and spoke to my accountant, who is a wonderful woman with over 30 years experience, I realised that the invoices where grossly over chargedI contacted them regarding this but was met with denial and insistence that it was due to their “professional approach “ to their work.I’ve gladly said goodbye to these guys, after paying them $3500 for 6 months, I would hope people don’t make the similar mistakes that I unfortunately did ... beware and choose another company guys !

A great team of skilled individuals capable of looking after all bookkeeping needs including payroll. One of the advantages of working with a team is that there is always cover available when one goes on leave. Busy Bookkeeping has been very proactive during COVID19 ensuring that companies receive all government allowances and grants that they are entitled to.

Please be aware of these guys. I was over charged dramatically for servicing a basic company file on Myob. It was indicated at the start that it would cost $300 to lodge the BAS and reconcile the file, this was blown out to $1000 each quarterI have recently employed an excellent bookkeeper who charges a third of what busy bookkeeping did and she has highlighted a number of discrepancies with my company file, which she has screen shot and sent to me as evidence. If I had the energy id chase Valerio and Conrad for their over charging and poor workmanship but I’m sure people will soon get wind of what they are really like.I hope people are wise enough to shop around and stay away.

My experiences with Busy Bookkeeping- Eastern Suburbs started more than ten years ago. I never realised how important it was to have ones financial life in order. I was busy myself with my own professional agenda which has always been involved with the Arts and creative business. I was always putting any financial decision off as I was permanently switched on to everything else that was not financial management in any form. The entire team at Busy Bookkeeping took the reigns for me on all financial structures wether it was BAS, Banking, financial apps such as Xero, I rest easy now and have never had my accounting and business structure so solid. I would recommend BusyBookkeeping to the world as they do operate very successfully internationally.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR. The most appalling service and over charging I have ever experienced. This business should not be allowed to practice. When they lodged my first BAS, I queried why it cost $600. They told me it was just a one-off" fee that included set up costs and the quarterly BAS would cost much less moving forward. I told them straight away I could not afford to use them if it was going to be that much every quater. They assured me it wouldn't be.The huge fee's continued to come. I went to their office drop off paperwork

Busybooks consultants are very professional and very dedicated to their work. During this pandemic all clients were alerted to JobKeeper and they made sure eligible clients received their full entitlement.Having been with busybooks for many years I have seen how very professional they are and the excellent value they give.
