Albert Waterways Children's Centre

I have had two children attend Albert Waterways children centre and the staff have become our second family. They treat our children like their own, they nurture, care and love them! The staff all have long tenures and are 110% committed to the centre. From the moment you walk in you feel like family, you will feel at ease and will know your children are looked after to the highest standards. My son went to prep fully prepared and confident and I can’t thanks the centre enough for that! If you want your children to have the best care this is the place for you!

We have had our two sons attend Albert Waterways and we absolutely love it! It is such a home away from home. The play ground and spaces are set in nature and the kids really feel like they are going to spend the day with their friends and they love it. The educators are all long term employees of the centre and we appreciate their love and dedication to the children. We specifically chose Albert Waterways as we are both from rural and regional parts of Australia and wanted to feel part of a community and create an environment for the kids that would mimic the friendly atmosphere and environment one would get if we still lived in a smaller country town. We also love the cultural diversity across the education program, educators and students and that they are being exposed to daily interactions that represent a multicultural real life environment of people, personalities and backgrounds. I would highly recommend Albert Waterways if you are wanting to be part of a community and feel like a family rather than simply a child care centre. Your children will thrive and be so happy at Albert Waterways!

Albert Waterways in the best kept secret on the Gold Coast. We live 5 min away and didn’t even hear about it until we were finally referred by friends. It has been by far the best child care centre we’ve been a part of. All the staff have been there 10+ years, with the majority having a personal connection to the community with their own children attending the Centre in previous years. They bring in incredible guests to support learning and education. And all the families we’ve met have been incredible. When I go to pick up my son he wants me to stay and play until they close the doors. We couldn’t rate the team and Centre more highly. If you’re fortunate enough to secure a spot in this exclusive facility your child will been in the best care available in the area.

Albert Waterways Children’s Centre is amazing!! The educators are so dedicated to the children, and they provide such a warm and caring environment for the kids. Since commencing this year, despite having significant developmental delays, my son is absolutely thriving! Not only have the staff provided assistance to my son, but they have also helped me get the best support available to us so I can get my son back on track. I am now not sure how I survived two years raising my son without the help of these amazing ladies!! I highly recommend Albert Waterways Children's Centre and I can’t say enough about how incredible the staff and educators are. They go above and beyond for everyone - always. Five stars isn’t enough for this wonderful centre!!!

I can not speak more highly of this center, the staff are so nurturing, caring, considerate and love and appreciate my kids. I have felt so comfortable leaving my two kids with the staff and they create such a beautiful atmosphere to support and help grow the children. There is a genuine care of all of the kids and my son and daughter really bonded with the educators and other children. I will be sad when my daughter starts school. Anyone who gets a place here is really lucky xx

Albert waterways homely feel childcare centre is amazing and so nurturing. Centre has such a friendly and supportive staff full of fun, excitement and lots of experience. AW has a really large and leafy outdoor area for kids to play and I love their philosophy . Such a nice community ❤️ they provide an amazing care.

Albert Waterways Childrens Centre is the most lovely daycare. I am so grateful for the kind and caring staff. I can go to work knowing that my children are so very well looked after.I was honestly so thrilled to be offered a place. You really become a part of the Albert Waterways family.It also exceeds the National Quality Standards in early childhood education for all seven areas. You could not find a better centre.

There is very special magic about Albert Waterways Children’s Centre. The Educators are truly wonderful and as a rare Not for Profit childcare centre, EVERY decision is made in the best interests of the children and the long serving Educators.Our family is so incredibly grateful that our Daughters have attended Albert Waterways Children’s Centre over the past 4 years. They have both thrived in the unique and wonderful nurturing environment that exists.

One of the best decisions I have ever made for my child has been to send her to AWCC. This childcare and Kindergarten centre is the absolute best and if you are looking for exceptional care and education for your child you absolutely need to get them enrolled here.This centre provides the highest level of care and education. Every single educator is incredibly well trained, qualified and knowledgeable. There is a very low turn-over of staff (with some staff being there for 20+ years!!!) so your child can form strong, beautiful and safe connections with these incredible educators. As a parent, having continuity of educators to talk to about my child’s development is so reassuring. As a busy mum that relies on sending my child to daycare and kindergarten, it's essential to know that they are 100% safe, happy and receiving the best care and education possible. There has never been a moment in the last 3+ years that my child has attended AWCC that this was not been true.

Our 2 boys go to Albert Waterways CC and they both love it and so do we. Our older boy has been there for 7 months and the educators really helped him to transition and settle in. All the educators are calm, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. Every day when I walk in there the kids are playing nicely, doing a wide variety of activities either in their own, with friends or with an educator. There is never any chaos as per the previous CC. In addition the centre is very community focused, holding a picnic a the start of the year as well as other community events to help parents connect. Our younger boy has just started in the smaller class and is getting extra attention and care to help him settle in. I highly recommend Albert Waterways CC!!
