Thanks for nothing Rob! At the least, you expect an ‘at arms length’ transaction and honesty when you ask questions. He doesn’t only share a yard with a rental car company, it seems his business is just a convenient ruse to sell off their old rentals. Completely reasonable questions about why the service history was all filled out by the owner of the car (the rental company) and not a qualified mechanic were met with defensiveness. The car was not detailed as he had promised. He initially said he would fix the problem, but then instantly turned nasty and told us to bring the car back and he would rip up the contract! What an absolute over reaction to a simple problem and after receiving such a spray on the phone from him we did just that, took the car straight back! Do yourself a favour and steer clear!

Rob is the worst car dealer ever in Victoria he sell you lemons I have Mitsubishi outlander 2005 model back in 2017 and it had problems after problems and he would not fix the problem with the car and I have had to fix all of the problems and it still has problems and I have sick son and he does this to people I would never get a car off him ever again because he is not trustworthy.

Rob is genuin and honest. Buying a car experience made extremely simple.
