Within 2 minutes of walking in I could tell I was talking to someone knowledgeable about their products passionate about their shop. Not sure if he was the owner or worker but he was excellent. Will be back, thankyou for finding the green scooter upstairs.

Waited for half hour for the guy to serve me. He was chatting away with someone about ATO, house selling and his financial situation. After that he comes over and tells me he can’t service the bike. I’ve to take it over to the original shop from where it was bought. Hmmmm….

Just bought another bike from Penny and Glen. So helpful getting the exact right size for our son now that he's grown and fitting new seat and stand. Love this store!

I highly suggest if you want a good quality scooter/bike you should go here, they have good and kind staff members, if your looking for bmx or mtb they have that here as well as skate boards and scooters like today he helped me find good scooter wheels and since I don't know how to put scooter wheels on he done them for me thank you for that and you will see me more often

Great service and advice. Both my boys mountain bikes needed a lot of attention. The owner was honest and helpful and for the work he did it was at a surprisingly reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to my mates and go back for purchases, maintenance or repairs

Exceptional level of customer service! Yesterday I purchased a scooter and protective gear for my 5 year old son; not only did I walk out with quality products, specifically catering to his needs but also a wealth of knowledge imparted by the owner of this fantastic shop! He took the time to listen, explain and then offer the most suitable product. He was genuine, honest and very well informed.
