Had an amazing massage here. One of the best ever . Kelly was fantastic. So relaxing and exactly what I needed.

I had ×2 amazing Massage sessions with Kelly while I was on holiday. I had her Relaxation & Remedial Massage, I had enjoyed my 1st session that much & decided to have another one before I left the island. The Massage was ok.  But the body scrub was robbery. I’ve had body scrubs before for similar price  and it always involved removing/rinsing off the scrub completely by shower or something else   and then applying moisturiser of some kind. I was left with a considerable amount of scrub on my body when done  and only after I asked “is this it?”, I was told to clean the rest of it  myself with a towel.  There was no moisturiser applied. I was told I can have a shower at my hotel.  It’s basic knowledge that body scrub MUST be rinsed off. If not removed it can cause irritation. If a person was a first timer to body scrubs they probably would not know this. It’s only bc I had asked I was told any other info. This I feel was a half baked job. What’s the point of a relaxation treatment if I have to rush back to the hotel hours before my ferry back home? You think I have time to kill? When all my luggage is already packed and I have to now unpack few things to shower when I could use that last 2 hours on other plans. The receipt which I had clearly requested twice also has not been emailed to me. If showering facilities are not available then perhaps body scrub should not be offered or a proviso should be clearly stated. And it’s discourteous to look at someone’s Credit card PIN. I ended up having to share my PIN because you were already looking. :(
