Love Nails

I've been here a few times and I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit! I will say I like my nails short and sharp.. short stilletos if you will. The times I've asked for them to be the way I like I get told I can't have it because my nails have to be long, so basically telling me I can't have them or they won't look good. In my opinion I love my nails short and stiletto! I need them to be that way for work as well.Loses stars because of the critism of my own nail choice and the price for the service, very much expensive. In saying that, I will continue to go and get what I want, what makes me feel good about my nails. Thanks girls.

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews! I got my nails done here and I freaking love them! The staff was nice and the nails look exactly as I wanted them .Fast, professional and neat

I went in to get my nails done just a full set with shellac. The women was persistent on telling me to get infills rather than a whole new set even after I told her they were all starting to lift. After looking at all my nails she realised I was right and I got a new set. I asked her to make my nails thicker so they last longer and she babbled something under her mask and I said sorry I can't hear you properly and she just kept babbling that they would be thick. They are thiner than the standard that I normally get at any other nail salon. After she was finished she said $50 and then charged me $60.I ended up with extremely thin nails that still had extra acrylic on them.I went back the next day to complain and they refuse to give money back and said I could come back in 45 minutes to get them made thicker. When I explained I don't have time to wait 45 minutes and then sit here for half an hour getting them fixed she said that was all she could do.

These women need a lesson in how to treat your fellow people. They either ignore you or grunt at you or talk to each other maybe about you. I took my sister to have a manicure shellac done for her birthday and left her there after I paid for the service only to find out she had a really bad experience. The manicure was half done and her thumb nails were two different lengths. The 4 people that were on had literally ganged up on her when she questioned the way they had done her manicure and was also told that she didn't need a top coat. I had to apologize to her as I had not had this treatment from the girl who usually does my nails. I will not be going back. It's weird how the reviews are mostly very bad and yet there are some that sing their praise. Buyer beware!

I felt as if the job was rushed. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and for the hearts she tried looking for a stencil and gave up. I paid $80 for this :( I'm so embarrassed and will have to paint over them myself.

Had a Pedi with Shellac on Tues - Polish has come off my Toes by Thurs AM. Worst Pedi ever. Rushed, Cuticles not done, No Buff. Sloppy job.Very Negative review.

I went to get sns with extension, as soon as I left I looked probably the sns was way too think and the nails were bent upwards like a ski slope. I was very disappointed. After a day in the pool and other stuff they are chipped and all the clear polish had disappeared. I am only a teen and had to pay $80 I think I got ripped off but had no guts to say anything. Don’t let your kid go in there by themselves you will have lost money for no reason, I wish I could get a refund.

Very lazy customer service. When I walked in the woman was sitting on her phone, I told her what I wanted and she asked every single woman in the store if they’d do it, they all said no so she did. I got a French tip normal polish, she cut me twice, and didn’t put a base coat or a layer of pink she just went straight in with the white after shaping my nails and did one layer of top coat. When she was done they were uneven and there was dust and stuff in the polish. My thumb nails are two different lengths and different shapes, it’s been 3 days since I got them done and they’re already cracked and peeling off. And my pointer finger nail has snapped off. Not at all satisfied with the service and will not be going back. This place seems to be very hit or miss. Wouldn’t even recommend to someone I hate.
