I am highly recommended BG electrical & Air Con to any one who need to get their Air con installation needs. Brad and his team is very professional and they know what they are doing. I got my Air con installed recently and they done an amazing job. As we are living in a townhous there are some rules but they done everything perfectly according to the Body Coparate conditions. Their work is beyond our expectations and I am so glad that I choose them.

I highly recommend this company and its services. I received prompt and very professional service from Brad when he came to quote and it got even better when Junsu and Todd showed up to do the installation of a new ducted AC unit. The guys were super friendly and very responsive to all of my questions. They were ery clean and did not leave dust as i was expecting since they had to cut holes in the sheet rock and do so much work. Trying to get work done on your home seems to be so hard these days with the tradies being so busy yet BG Electrical was here with only one weeks notice. They were on time with a great product at a fair price. And i cannot say enough good things about them. At the last minute i asked them to install two outside poer point to surprise my wife and they did it before leaving. I am a very satisfied customer and will be using their services in the future.

My partner Sara and I engaged BG electrical to take care of the electrical work for an early 1900s Queenslander house we transformed into a modern dental practice (Hello Smiles) in Hawthorne, Brisbane.They installed the ducted Air Conditioning, TVs for the ceiling, Safety & Emergency Lighting, Electrical for the dental chairs / OPG machine and all the electrical work that would normally go along with a modern rebuild.From our first meeting, to rough-in to completion, the team were nothing but professional and friendly throughout.They were considerate of the trades they had to work-in with, they were efficient, they cleaned-up after themselves and they delivered all components on-time.A project like ours was a serious undertaking, but with Brad and his team, we had confidence that our electrical was installed correctly. This means we don’t worry about the technology we had installed for the surgery and could open the doors when we said we would.It meant a lot to us for this part of the project to go well and we’re grateful for their work.

Brad, James and team have been fantastic. Totally recommend them. Fast to quote and lock in the work. They completed a list of electrical tasks - mostly new light fittings, earthing and updating our electrical wiring. They explained their work in detail and gave us some great advice and recommendations. A few weeks later we had an observation on the electrics in another area (not related to their work) and they arrived that afternoon as they were very concerned- and fixed this immediately.BG are super professional, provide personal service and fast responses. They are totally reliable on the job and after the work has been done- and offer fair, transparent costs. Brad runs a great team and goes above and beyond. Def recommend.

A massive shout out to Beau and Dom who did an installation of a Samsung 6.8kw Split system for me today, it was not super straight forward there were some quirks to the install and it never phased them. They were fantastic overall, absolute gentlemen; they did a high quality install, were accomodating and friendly and they handled all issues in stride, they even took their shoes off inside the house. If they are representative of the rest of BG Electrical, I can say that I would not hesitate to use BG again for services in the future and recommend them to friends. An honourable mention as well to the admin folks who contacted me over the phone for the booking confirmation process, everyone I dealt with was a breeze. Thanks for cooling our house just before the first week of summer!
