Lost hot water on a Friday morning called afew plumbers to come and fix asap with no success, lj plumbing was my third try and success. Luke had a quick guess at what was wrong and told me he has the part in stock and could be there by 4 o'clock. Right on time he showed, within an hour he was done. Great price, no fuss and a great fella. Will definitely be using him again. Cheers
