I was very happy with the service I got when I went to replace the Nylon Rollers in my Sliding Window, Laurie and the Receptionist could not have been more helpful. Rylock Nunawading are truly the best in the business. Doesn't matter how big or small the job is they will be there to help. We are very happy with our door, the quality is fantastic. Our issue was with the installation process. It was a long drawn out process to get things done correctly after we had some rather big issues caused by the installation. Firstly, our architraves were split on installation and there were scratches on the door frame. The scratches were fixed very promptly. The architraves were replaced however not with the correct ones. We told them they were colonial but there are two different types of colonial and this was not checked first. We then discovered a scratch on the glass. When contacted about this I was made to feel that I was actually not seeing a scratch, perhaps something else then??? This all occurred within 4 days of installation. (I alerted the company to the scratches and issues with the architraves within these 4 days.) We said we would purchase the correct architraves ourselves and were told they would install them for us however we did not worry about this, we will do it ourselves to avoid any further issues. The glass took over 3 months to get replaced. Constant emails and phone calls were made to continue asking about when this would be done. I understand that companies are busy however when paying such a large sum of money for a product, I would expect that prompt service would be given to ensure things were in top condition as soon as possible after installation. Emails were not always responded to which resulted in follow up calls.

Just had Rylock Windows Nunawading, replace my old wooden frame doors and windows with aluminium framed double glazed doors and windows.Fantastic job. Very quick, helpful and professional at a competitive price.Great people to deal with.

Just had my Rylock sliding door fitted by an amazing old school carpenter who made sure the opening in my 62 year old house was perfect and as such the door was a perfect fit and slides perfectly with no adjustments needed on the door. Phil (from Rylock Nunawading) even came on site to check if some infills were needed. I rate Rylock Nunawading highly and strongly recommend.

We have asked them to provide a quote for wooden windows replacement as I usually get 3 or 4 quotes for big home projects. I am not really upset about the very long time to get a response as this could be attributed to the COVID19 situation despite that all other suppliers responded in days. But what was disappointing is that heir quote was nearly 2 times the quote of other very reputable aluminium windows suppliers. I have called and emailed them and asked them to provide a justification for this massive delta especially that the scope, aluminum thickness, glass, locks, mesh type and install scope is the same, but they never bothered to respond. You don't treat customers like that.

We had six windows replaced by Rylock Eastern in Nunawading. There were a couple of supply issues after covid with the 3 at the rear of our house, but all deadlines were kept for the 3 at the front of our house. Installation was completed in Sept 2022 with excellent liaison and support from Phil. Our windows look AMAZING. We have colonial style white aluminium framed windows and French doors opening onto our garden. At last our home looks as beautiful as we always wanted. Phil and the guys who fitted the windows were true professionals who worked efficiently to give us a great product. Thank you so much Rylock. Worth every cent.

Contacted them early November for a quote on just a single hinged door plus installation, was told I would have to wait until February next year for the install, and there is only a small chance to even have the door ready this year.Then they finally sent through the quote………..$2900 just to have one single door made, without any installation or anything! I was told the only way I could have my door before Xmas was to pay a deposit of $700 by Friday, which was 2 days away.They are relishing in the fact they are flat out, since the lockdown ended, now they are trying to cash in and sting people for double what the door is worth.Go somewhere else

Requested a quote. Waited 3 weeks and I had to follow up. They said they would ring me back never did. Extremely poor service and would been poor quality windows. Glad they never got back to me. I end up finding several better window companies willing to help and provide a simple quote. Rylock 1 start but should be zero star.
