Came back the second time after few years thinking things would have changed for the better but I was wrong. Staff aren't not motivated and doing bare minimum. Only wanted to get your money don't care if you are happy with the product or service. No pride at all. Like other said if it wasn't because of the convenient location there's no chance I was going and now definitely telling people to stay away. If I had the option to give zero star I would like they give me zero care.

This is the worst and rudest customer service we’ve ever experienced. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. The lady there on 7th September 2022 in the morning was terrible and very judgy!!! Looking at us as if we were there to steal. Angus and Coote, you are losing a lot of customers by keeping that staff member on there.

Have a decent range of jewelry, However the staff are so rude. I Had to ask for a box for a ring I purchased. Then had sass about getting it. I wouldn't recommend nor will I be shopping here again, plenty of other jewellers in shopping center

Disgusting rip off. They just charged me $275 to repair a small clasp on my $400 Seiko watch. The same clasp had only been replaced two years before. No quote was given before the repair. I will never in my life buy anything from Angus and Coote Green Hills again. For your thievery you have lost a customer for life.

The Rudest stuck up people I have ever dealt with.All I wanted was my necklace to be soldered back together and the lady that served meWas so rude! After waiting 15 minutes I approached her with my receipt and broken necklace asking to see what we can do to get it fixed and all she said was your not covered to get that fixed and it will cost money to get that fixed and necklaces don’t break unless they are pulled.I responded with yes I know just get it done I’ll pay for It, I’m not asking for my money back.Never again, if you think your jewellery is that good you can keep it. Disgusting human behaviour especially from a grown woman.

The service was great but waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me I feel is a bit ridiculous. All I wanted was a decent watch and honestly if I was getting anything else I would not have waited that long to have someone help me

Great jewellery at great prices!BUT .....Biggest problem is arrogant and dismissive sales people. If the location was not so convenient, I would definately not spend a single cent there

Brilliant service. I recently had a warranty repair on a watch. When the repair didn't work, they just replaced the watch. No hassle, no fuss. Highly recommended.
