Baldivis Boarding Kennels and Cattery

After having a bad experience with another boarding facility, I was very anxious to leave my cat Ralph as he gets separation anxiety from me. He's also had a toe amputated not long ago so I was worried about how he would go. Baldivis Vets recommended us to try here and we are so grateful.After picking him up today, he's been so smoochy and relaxed- a completely different cat to after the last experience elsewhere.I received a photo update and another lovely update when I asked how he was going.Drop and pick up were very busy but they still let me come in and get Ralph settled in. I'm so relieved to have found somewhere close to home that we can trust with our boy- we will be back again for sure!!

My Doberman Juddy used to be homed at Baldivis while I was away at work on Fifo duites. They looked after him like a member of their family and was always in happy spirits when I come to collect, he would smell like that ‘washed dog’ smell that only owners of dogs can relate to! Highly recommend, they are a great family :)

We recently boarded our dog here. The place is very clean and presentable.The only feedback I could suggest to improve would be to provide pet owners message / photo updates. This was our first time using a kennel and not receiving any updates made me a little anxious not knowing how he was going, and if he was ok!

It was Boxer & Frenchie's first time staying at Baldivis Boarding Kennels. They stayed in a luxury suite together for 1.5 weeks. While we were away we received two updates with photos & they looked so happy. When we picked them up we could tell that they were looked after & the service from start to finish was fantastic by Tammy and the team. Highly recommended!

Thankyou all at baldivis boarding kennels for looking after Morgan. It was his first time in boarding at 8 years old being a nervous dog with new people and antisocial with other dogs you guys were very helpful and accomodating and we felt so happy and relaxed knowing Morgan was in great care.Thankyou all so much, we will see you again when we plan our next trip away.

I picked up my cat Misty today after she had been looked after by Baldivis Boarding Kennell and Cattery for approx 1.5 weeks. I was initially apprehensive as I had never put her in a cattery before and she is a very nervous, anxious cat. I am absolutely shocked to see how calm and happy my usually nervous and skittish cat was upon pickup, especially after seeing the wonderful suite she was put in and meeting the lovely lady that looked after her. I am so grateful to see that Misty was treated so well during her stay and will be using Baldivis Boarding Kennell’s in the future! :) Thank you- from Kiera and Misty!

Most amazing kennel I have ever used. The staff were so lovely and had extremely fast responses to any online communication. Additionally, they have an amazing online system to manage your booking which allowed for a super smooth process. When I picked up my Cavoodle all the staff knew who he was and assured me he had a great time playing with the other dogs. He came back a super happy and healthy dog and will definitely be coming back.
