Worst drive through experience I have ever had. Took 25 minutes to place order and an additional 10 minutes to receive the food. The staff were rude and 5 of them standing there having a chat while I was the only one waiting for my order.

Drive through staff not wearing masks properly. And did not correct when asked, just argued why she was not correctly wearing her mask. This restaurant is not COVID safe.

My wife and kids only had chicken nuggets at lunch. Has made them violently sick. Please check your food handling! It's not hard to ensure safe products.

Worse ever. For a $11 chicken salad all you get is bunch of lettuce with 4 small grilled chicken pieces. Nothing close to whats advertised photo for marketing.Even missing the croutons sachet claimed in in the receipt in photo. Not going again ever!!

Be careful at the drive through. You can almost guarantee they got your order wrong. NEVER get it delivered. So many items missing.

Wow. We all expect things to go smoother sometimes rather than others 6.50 14th June wasn’t one. They were taking very long to get orders out so the cars were blocked up. Unfortunately some of the staff found it funny. When I was asked to move my car up I advised I couldn’t. The little boy walked away and mutters old c*** under his breath. At 7.20 when the food did turn up, I asked the person who delivered it to pass on to his manager how long we had all been waiting. Unfortunately the same little boy walked away and flippantly stated “nope”. Not a care in the world. When I did get home the order was wrong. Back to the store. Managers gets a new one made. Unfortunately half way through making it the team member walked out back with the same little boy. What do YOU think happened to my burger. I clearly couldn’t eat, once that was in my head, so I walked out and got a kebab….whilst waiting for my kebab thought I would go online and make a formal complaint. The link on McDonald’s website didn’t work. Guess they don’t care. Wow!

Has to be the worst McDonalds in all of Melbourne. Last 6 orders have been either wrong or so uneatable that it's ridiculous. Egg shell in your mcmuffin and burnt sausage patties, pay for extras on your burgers and they never put them on, continually missing items from Meals and way to often they just give you the total wrong order. Luckily door dash is good so I get my money back but it shouldn't be on them when the employees are so trash....

Ask for specifically to add pickles in Big Mac, which should be in their anyway. I was assured by the staff member the burger will have pickles, arrived home cold chips and no pickles in the burger.Looks like the burger was just made in hurry sauce everywhere.

Horrible experience here. Ordered a breakfast meal via the kiosks when you enter. Got my ticket# and went up to the counter to pay for my meal, as I wanted to pay with cash. No one there to take my money so I waited behind a guy already standing there. People started to build up around the area, and there was a bit of a crowd building before someone came to the counter. Didn't even ask who was first and two others got to the counter before me, who were after me. No apologies or anything from the staff or the manager. All in all, took me almost 25 minutes to get my meal. I would've left if not for being on a time-sensitive schedule that morning and would've ended up not eating anything for another few hours if I didn't eat then. Worst customer service I'd seen in ages!
