After a Car Sellers Pack detailed by Car Class , my car looked as good as new again. The engine was spotless, the paint work gleaming with the minor scratches now gone! The seats , mats and carpets looked amazing ! The service overall was great . Thanks to Car Class I got more dollars on trade in. I recommend this business to anyone who wants there car looking brand new!

Paid $430 for a full car detail, including seats & carpet shampooed as well as the exterior cut and polished. The owner and his son attended at 11am and were finished within 3 hours. When I walked out to inspect he immediately was pointing out a mark on the carpet he got out. When I went to challenge him about the doors being dirty he quickly told me his friend was more than likely going to buy my vehicle as it was in such good condition. He got his money and they quickly left. Once he was gone I truly inspected my car and noticed every window was running with an oily substance, the dust around the console was all still there and residue from a spilt drink hadn’t been touched. Opened the glove compartment and hadn’t been cleaned, nor had any compartments within the vehicle. Then I noticed basic marks on the car body was still there too. My daughter walked out with a wet chux and they instantly wiped off. I jumped in the car to reverse it out and was drenched to the skin. My seats and carpet were soaking wet and my car smelt like a wet dog (Car has NEVER has a single animal in it since brand new….. Guessing his machine is not cleaned between washes). I contacted the owner, Bill, and explained I was not happy as he had obviously not done the job he had been paid to do. He said he would return the next day and have a look.Bill arrived the next morning and was immediately furious asking what I felt wasn’t done. I started pointing out everything and then he stated “well your car was absolutely filthy”, funny as he didn’t say that before and in fact stated it was in very good condition. By this stage the soaking carpets and seats were really stinking, something they have NEVER done before. Bill wiped down a few things, poorly cleaned the windows and interior, wiped the spots off the car and left.Today I’m left with a stinky car, streaky windows and half wiped interior…… All for $430I would NOT recommend this company…… The owner admits he is time restrained as his son and him do an average of 69 cars a month, and sorry to say but that well and truly shows in their bad workmanship.

I paid $350 up front as a gift to have my partner's 4x4 fully detailed only to be left very disappointed with the finish. The full detail which was rushed only took Bill 2 hours to complete leaving parts of the interior uncleaned and the windows were left with water marks. The hand polish was not done properly with surface scratches left which I got off with my own car polish. The tyre black applied was very uneven and it had run down each of the tyres. It has advertised on their web sight Summer Special" with a full detail get a free engine detail.The engine was not even touched. I would definitely not recommend Car Class to any one as the service that I expected was not of that advertised."

Have used Bill twice now and would highly recommend him for car detailing. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail. Will be using his expertise again in the future.
