Flatters Specialised Flooring
Heath not only did a first-class job of finishing the floors in our new kitchen, he stepped in at short notice to acquire and lay floor boards which were a perfect match for our existing floor in a new section that was previously tiled. He also improved the sub-structure under the old floor. His work is top notch and he is lovely person to deal with, as well as being accommodating and flexible. This is the second job Heath has done for us and we would highly recommend him to anyone wanting genuine craftsmanship and beautiful flooring work.

Heath is very knowledgeable at his craft and was able to assist us with reviving our old jarrah floorboards in our 1915 home. The attention to detail and extra time taken to repair damaged boards and a joist was appreciated! We would highly recommend Heath !

Very happy with Heath's work. He refurbished the finish on both solid direct fixed black-butt and kempas engineered flooring. Both look brilliant with the hard wax oil finish. He kept us informed and delivered what he said at a good price. Very professional. Many thanks Clive & Jude

We have just had our floors sanded and finished by Heath and were most impressed by the finished look, his professionalism, standard of workmanship and friendly nature.As we were going away Heath staged the work to fit in with us and we had complete trust in him while we were away. Heath quoted and carried out the work and there was no subcontracting.

I just had my floor sanded and oiled with Osmo oil by Heath Flatters. My floors were a mess before - but Heath, a true craftsman, sanded them, and repaired joins that were detracting from the overall look of the floors. He really is an artisan - the sanded and oiled floors have transformed my house. If I was thinking of selling (no way would I leave my floors now), the floors would put tens of thousands of dollars onto the price. I would not have believed how the whole house could be transformed so drastically. It was also lovely to hear Heath say he was enjoying sanding the house - and I think that's part of the reason that he does such a great job - because he takes such pride in his work. I couldn't recommend him enough!

First and foremost, Heath is a gentleman and a true professional. As almost an added bonus, he has just done an absolutely outstanding job resurfacing the 34 year old cork floor in our family room and kitchen . When pretty much no one else would touch it, Heath was quietly confident from the outset that it could be done and he was right. He was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the work he has done. Don't bother with any other quotes. Just ring Heath and I am totally positive you won't regret it!
