Excellent customer service and communication. I felt desperate when a bag I was interested in was paid for before me and my order had to be cancelled. The money I transferred was immediately returned, and the staff was very sorry for the missed opportunity.When I found another bag I was interested in, they made sure I could buy it quickly so no one would snatch it up!Beautifully packed, exactly as described. The price is very competitive.
