The alternator went on my D-Max. Darren had it replaced by 5pm the next day, and cleaned the engine bay too. Much appreciated prompt, informative, friendly and professional service. Recommended.

Above and beyond regular servicing at EmCar.I put Unleaded in the car, which is a diesel engine. An absolute No No. I realised my error before restarting the car. Don't start the car if you put the wrong fuel in and get it towed to an Automotive repairer unless they wil come to youThe usual procedure is to use a Company that specialisis in draining the fuel tank. But my Volvo has a tank either side in the rear and they would not touch it. Many places won't touch Volvos.Darren at EmCar successfully cleaned out both tanks, changed the fuel filter and got me back on the road.Well done EmCar. EmCar is situated just before Reeces on the Belgrave - Gemrbrook Road facing towards Gembrook. My diesel now has diesel only. Phew, I could have stuffed the diesel engine up, big time I had driven it with Unleaded petrol.The Volvo authorised dealer in Glen Waverley wanted $880.EmCar was less than half of theAuthorised Volvo service centre quote.

Another Log Book service attended by Darren and his team. Always honest and reliable, my two sons and I have taken our cars to Emcar for a couple of years now with confidence in their work. I have tried another workshop in Emerald with disappointment and if it wasn't for Emcar I would still be taking my car to the workshop in East Bentleigh where I used to live as I trust them implicitly.
