Rude & unprofessional. Unfortunately I cannot give you zero stars, but one seems still too much.Emailed first time a month ago to check availability and get some more details about some pistons since the website is not listing the manufacturer part number and all the other info like compression ratio, bore size, etc are missing. Not a great start.They replied with a short and unprofessional answer, not satisfying my questions and never replied again to my subsequent email.I sent a third email a week or so later, no reply.Today, 25/10/22 I decided to call to get at the bottom of this, what could go wrong?Phone ringing to the voice mail three times during the day when finally around 2pm (Perth time) a lady answered; I started explaining my needs and after repeating my query three times (language barrier, must be me) she stop me saying I must talk to the guy which knows about this stuff. Obviously it cannot be that easy and the guy" is busy with a customer.She promises me they will call me back in a bit once free from the customer but that never happened.That was the last straw.Sorry if I bothered you with my purchase

I bought a K&N air filter off these guys and when it arrived it had not been manufactured correctly by K&N. Spoke to Stuart who was great and they replaced the part immediately and also sent a return post bag for the defective part. Great service and great attitude towards the customer, would highly recommend and will definitely be getting my business in the future. Thanks David

Placed an order via their website.. they charged me $180 postage to ship a dozen dzus clips within Australia.. when I phoned to question it the salesman stated it was my fault for ordering via their website & not phoning them direct.. No refund or resolution offered.
