As per another negative review, I had a similar experience,I walked into the Chester hill store and immediately as I walked in, I was abruptly scolded by a staff member across another side of the store, I have never been spoken to so rudely and purposely demeaning (all I did was walk in lol) His Coworker next to him looked so uncomfortableThis worker erupted on me I was shocked, he demanded a “trade account” and “security licenses” and he said I couldn’t buy anything at all from the store “you can’t just come in and buy one thing.”Funny thing he was so worked up he didn’t even ask if I was in a trade when I could get a word in I told him I did have a license.Staying calm, I finally got a word in and offered my business details, and he got up hesitantly and grabbed the item. I don’t like leaving small business bad reviews; however, this was extraordinary.After purchase, I told him how rude he was, and I wanted his full name to make a complaint, I rang, and they apologised fully, and lady knew exactly who I was talking about, I can’t fault the apology and was told it would be addressed.However, after a sincere full apology, I have faith in this company:•great camera•good range from what I could briefly see•the company would be crazy not to address this incident
