Good location just off the highway however getting access to your room is extremely difficult. There are no staff onsite the front doors have been smashed up. Presumably from people not being able to access there rooms.The rooms are basic and cold would not recommend.

Workers bewareThis is the most ridiculous place I’ve ever tried to stay at.The so-called automated system doesn’t work properly.There is no staff on the premises. There is nobody to call with. There’s a problem.The automated system didn’t ask me for any identification yet they send me a text message saying they were not completing my stay as I didn’t send my identification, the system did not ask me for identification and I only asked for my name address and credit card details which I noticed have been debited from my account that was supposed to only be a holdInstead of picking up the phone, when they discovered there was an issue. they send you a text message that can’t be replied toNine telephone calls un answered totally ridiculous situation. Never stay here again.Beware this place is a total shamblesThis place is not a 4 Star HotelAs they claim

Got to the room checked in bedroom and bathroom clean . Bed super comfortable then we pulled down the sheets and lone behold HUGE stain on them . Didn't know what the stain was too shocked to find out. Rang reception as there is just a number girl answered non English didn't really know what to do offer's us a twin stay room but aas me and my partner wad the only thing they could do . See photos

Un attended motel, very clean, near new, on line checkin , so no staff anywhere, great, don't have to deal with people who would rather be some place else. Will definitely be back.

There is no mention of it anywhere but this hotel does not have a front desk. You are supposed to receive a code to enter the building and access your room.I never received these, called the number on the front of the building but no answer. Left multiple voicemails and no one got back to me which left me standing outside the hotel with no access.I ended up leaving and finding somewhere else.If you are going to have access codes and no front desk then ensure that your guests have the access code emailed to them.

Great room. Block out blinds made the room dark, very quiet room despite heaps of people staying there. Beds were comfortable and I had a fantastic sleep. Big rooms, big bathrooms. Easy access.When you book the room you get sent a link for a pre checkin form which needs to be completed before getting your access code to enter and exit the building and the rooms. Initially I couldn't access the pre checkin form. The problem was a fullstop had been added to the end of the link.... so if you have this issue simply delete the full stop and the link will work just fine.

Air conditioning in the rooms are not capable of reaching cold temps (16°c )...Room always hot due to no having windows you are able to access fresh air.

We booked this hotel as we were travelling from Melbourne and we could not get in anywhere near New Castle.We wanted a hotel that was easy to get to from the highway. Look I’m not going to lie after booking and seeing the reviews I was a little concerned.It is an easy overnighter if you are commuting, it’s super clean (our room was almost clinical), no issues with parking. It’s a basic no frills motel but easy and clean and in a good spot to jump back on the motor way.The check in is done online prior to your arrival you are given an access code to your room which we had no dramas using. This feature was awesome for us as we were straight in our rooms!There are a number of fast food around but they close early. KFC was open late if your desperate.Would use this as a commute hotel again.

When we arrived, we went to check in but a room number is required along with a 6 digit pin. We were provided the pin with our confirmation email, but there was no room number to be found. After around 15 minutes on hold to their helpline, we were sent a pre-check in link which did not work (even when tried on other devices) so we had to call again, after being disconnected a couple times, and we were asked to provide our credit card details over the phone as verification as the link didn't work. We then were randomly charged with no warning, it was only $1 but we were not told we would be charged, and it is a little worrying being randomly charged money after giving your credit card info over the phone to be billed without permission. Finally they gave us our room number with a new pin. We sat outside the building for 40 minutes and ended up being late for another booking we had made that was to follow our check in.
