My husband and I were let down by our previous broker in the 11th hour of purchasing our land; despite seeing them for >6months. 1 week prior to our scheduled settlement we made the decision to contact Chris and his team. I can not speak highly enough about the service we received! The team were communicative, accessible and honestly went above and beyond to help us secure our loan. They liaised with our land agent and conveyancer for an extension on our settlement date, and gave us lots of handholding during the process. Highly recommended the team here! Allanah and Gemma were also really great to deal with. Thanks

My partner and I worked with Matt and Megan at Gawler. Both very friendly, professional and fast to respond to our questions over email or phone. Matt has amazing communication skills and makes difficult to understand processes simple. Clearly very knowledgeable and well respected in his field. Most of the people we worked with during the beginning of our application know Matt and only have lovely things to say about him also. Matt was recommended to us by a friend and I have already recommended him to others. Will continue to come to him for any future needs.

Matt & the team provide an excellent service - they helped us with our first home loan & again in refinancing. Both times Matt was extremely helpful in explaining the process & walking us through all of our options - he then worked tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome was achieved. For what is such an overwhelming process the team really do make it easy & I have to commend their communication and transparency - we were receiving almost daily updates along the way which was great and kept our minds at ease.Could not praise this high enough - amazing work.

My situation owning a business and having multiple investment properties, I have in the past found it very difficult to obtain finance and it has dragged on for at times over 12 months.
