These guys are the best.Over a three month period, I have had my car at three other mechanical specialists that allegedly did repairs, charged for parts and repairs, but didn't fix the problem.Master Mechanics diagnosed and fixed this long term issue with my vehicle and got all repairs done the same day for me, and didn't rip me off.My car is finally running like it should, and I don't have to worry about breaking down.Thankyou so much

As the owner of an older vehicle, I was impressed by how Master Mechanics was able to quickly source both new and refurbished parts.I was kept updated by text and supplied photographs of the parts requiring replacement. I was also shown the actual parts that were replaced when I picked the car up which now running like new.I found the service provided very professional and friendly with excellent ongoing communication.

I Highly recommended Masters Mechanics we came across them a few years ago when we moved to Gateshead and will stay with them forever! Lorrie and Ben are genuine and friendly and really make you feel like you are cared about. They have saved us plenty of times now and can't be beaten on price. Overall a Great company! Friendly staff are always top of my list and being affordable is just a bonus.

This is totally the best mechanic my husband and I have encountered in our long period of owning cars. They are efficient, friendly and will go out of their way to help in any way that they can. Not only that, their prices are good and at times they will do small repairs for no cost. Laurie and his crew are also totally honest and completely reliable. Many times they have gone out of their way to help us.

In my experience, it is so hard to find a Mechanic that is as trustworthy and reliable as Laurie at Master Mechanics. I have entrusted Laurie to service and repair not only my vehicles for over 10 years but I also my extended family's vehicles. Laurie and Ben are friendly and courteous and go out of their way to make sure your dealings with them is a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this business to anybody in need of having their vehicle serviced or repaired. They looked after it as if it was their own pride and joy.

Laurie and his staff are brilliant.I cannot recommend them highly enough.I had an unusual issue with my cooling system which my regular mechanic couldn't work out and just told me that my car was on it's last legs. My son recommended Bosch from his own good experience, and wow, what a great experience for me too. Bosch diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a great price. Very very happy. 10 star review if possible.Obviously now my new regular mechanic.

Having dealt with more than several mechanics in Newcastle area in the past three years and finally stumbled upon this place browsing on maps, and had my car serviced by Laurie yesterday, best service job my car has ever gotten with the most comprehensive service record. Definitely gonna bring my car here from now on.
