Rainbow Bridge In Home Pet Euthanasia

We lost our beloved 14 year old Shar Pei Issy on Sunday. It was such a blessing to be able to say goodbye to her here at home. Audrey and Bronwyn were fantastic, they are so caring and do everything possible to make a very difficult time as bearable as possible. Issy was given her wings on our deck, in her basket. She was very territorial, so I was a bit worried about her being stressed but the Rainbow Bridge Team arrived bearing chocolates and she relaxed very quickly. We have cried a lot of tears in the days since but can look back on her actual leaving knowing she had a very peaceful, gentle transition and that's such a comfort. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Such lovely ladies. Very understanding and made a traumatic time a lot easier. They treated my beloved Great Dane with such care and sympathy. Can’t thank them enough.

Audrey and Bron made the hardest day of our lives just that little bit easier. They were incredibly kind and compassionate, making sure our dogs last memories were filled with love and chocolate.

I wish so much I didn't need to use the services of Audrey and Bronwyn, but my 16 year old Poppy was tired and ready to go on a new journey. I was given Rainbow Bridge contact details several weeks earlier and I'm ever so glad I contacted Audrey to be the facilitator of such a challenging and devastating time for our family. Her phone manner in the initial conversation assured me she was the person I wanted here for Poppy and her thoughtful and compassionate emails and manner in person were exactly what I needed, and what my kids needed, to know that until the final minute of her life, Poppy was cared for and loved in the best capability. The Rainbow Bridge team were warm, compassionate, caring, and gentle. They completely understood what we were going through and took care of everything for us. Saying goodbye to our dog was the hardest thing in the world, but it would have been harder without this service. Patches went peacefully and with so much love around her, comfortably in her own bed.
