I couldnt have had a better experience. Rachel was lovely and clearly devoted to animals as my dog slobbered all over her and she was fine with it. There was no rush that you usually feel at a surgery and her prices are really good too. Special mention to Lauren the admin person who always responds quickly to my messages. This is a great team.

Fabulous service right to your own home. Dog is extremely comfortable, no stress and Dr Rachel is thorough, patient in explaining what is going on and how to deal with it. Very happy with the service and the office admin Lauren, who is amazing!

Dr Rachael has looked after Ziggy for 5 years and he and I loved that we didn't have to get in and out of our car, we didn't get nervous when she clipped Ziggy's nails, and Ziggy thought he had a visitor rather than a visit to the Vet! Good to see you Dr Rachael!

I have the utmost Confidence in Dr Rachael. Our aged boy dog is doing his best to follow instructions and our aged girl dog who has nothing wrong keeps wanting to know why she can't have what he is having! It is great knowing they are comfortable seeing the Vet in their own environment . We really appreciate what a great job Rachael does It helps them get well faster as they are not stressing about what is coming next, they trust her.
