Lovely spot to grab a bite to eat and a coffee. Kids loved the playground. The food was seriously so so good too! Staff could have been a little more customer friendly, however next time we are in York we would definitely give this place another go.

Nicely crunchy bagels. If you want a smoothie-like drink, Iced berry wouldn’t be what you expected since it’s more of a milk shake with syrup on it.

Very poor management - poor communication, still waiting for a response from them via text - as a phone call would be too hard - not that they answer their phones. Very disappointed with their disorganisation.

Booked my wedding reception 6 months before, with Marquee approved by manager. 4 days before event, told I couldn't use the marquee we booked for our guests, considering it's all outdoors, we couldn't use the venue. Wouldn't recommend at all

Lovely spot, pleasant staff and child friendly playground.However-continuing to use disposable EVERYTHING. Not only is it incredibly wasteful, it also ruins a decent cafe experience.

My husband and I are very grateful for Gather York’s outstanding catering at our wedding. It was divine! So many comments about how delicious the food was. Thank you for providing a smooth and thorough service from start to finish. You were so accommodating with adjustments of invoices and for personalising the menu to suit us. Best cafe in York! Delicious coffee and amazing selection of food! I have never tasted such amazing bagels before! Lots of hot and cold fresh selections, and an amazing little shop inside too. Super quirky cafe with lots of space and is the only cafe back off the Main Street without cars buzzing past. Highly recommend.
