I rang up at 8:30am in the morning with a chipped tooth problem. Belinda on the front desk was able to get me in by 11.10am that same morning. My tooth was repaired by 11.40 am……. Fantastic job by Angela. I’ve been going to this Family Practice for over 50 years!! I’ve always felt very welcomed and have received excellent service over this time. Thanks Everyone

I went in with a painful broken back tooth, and wanted it removed. I was heavily pressured to have a root canal and when I said no (having had a failed one there previously) the dentist refused to extract it. In fact, apart from the Xray, she never even touched the tooth. She said I was at risk of complications due to cancer treatment I had 15 years ago and referred me to an expensive specialist. So she wouldn't touch my tooth to pull it but was quite happy to dig around in it to perform a root canal.I saw another dentist this morning who pulled the tooth with no issues and said that the tooth was not a good candidate for a successful root canal and that it did not warrant a specialist.Your dentists are just all about making money. I will not be using your practice again.Further note in response to the owners reply to this review: in our phone conversation you did admit that your dentist was over cautious, had not read the notes properly to see that my particular treatment would not affect extractions, and she had not checked with yourself when I told her you had removed teeth there safely before. I also told you that she would not listen to me when I was explaining all of this and you admitted that this was something to be addressed.So I stand by my review

Receptionist unprofessional went to call up and reschedule since I work early so I don't carry my phone on me and just hangs up

I had not been to the dentist for over Thirty Years and I was very worried about what I needed done. The staff were welcoming and caring and the Dentist Grant was excellent at talking through everything that needed to happen and was very supportive during the procedure.It made the procedure much easier to go through. Now after having lots of pain from my tooth I am finally feeling better.

My kids have been going here for a few years now. Belinda on the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. My boys both really like Dr Grant. He is very friendly and makes them feel comfortable. The clinic is always spotless. Highly recommend!!

Friendly and welcoming staff and clean environment. Had a good experience with first wisdom tooth extraction - quick and painless. Positive experiences with 6 monthly dental check up and clean. Staff are informative and eager to help with any concerns. Only issue I have is pricing, any extra costs should be briefly mentioned before moving ahead just so consumers are aware of what they’re paying for.

One of the worst dental practice to visit!! kids had their dental check-up and require further treatment. When I requested a summary of check up got refused stating they can't provide it. because I refused to go to the one they were referring me to. Never going back here and do not recommend at all.
