I bought a non-stick pan from this store. I only used it once to heat the pumpkin pie, and there were many spots on the bottom of the pan. I found the merchant but refused to admit that it was a quality problem.

Always love their vibe in this store, their stationary is a staple in my collection. The customer service can be a hit or a miss, but I've personally had more hits than misses, most of the staff I talked to were patient and kind and that's what an introvert appreciates!Worth queueing up for, if I'm honest! <3

The Asian guy in the second floor was really rude. Poor refund/ return policies and procedures. Do NOT Buy online - they will charge you for shipping if change of mind.Muji is getting really bad with customer experience

The staff and manager in Chatswood muji is really rude and disrespectful. We were getting our boxes strapped but they run out of the straps. Without any explanation , they end up serving the person next to us. Our boxes were literally on the machine and they ignored us completely.

Skinny Asian male with glasses on 2nd floor is unhelpful. Asked for a location of the product and didn't even bother checking and telling me it is somewhere on the wall upstairs when there is no 3rd floor. Later found out the shop didn't even have stock.

It is a must go every time I visit Chatswood.The shop has two levels and is well sorted into sections which help you to find what you need fairly quickly. But I still enjoy spending time in here browsing and experiencing the nice subtle feeling their product offers.They have good price on the clearance items, and they are all in perfect conditions.The products are always very user-friendly, eco-friendly, and simple in style. They are very high-quality products which last forever!If you like to keep it simple" lifestyle

Lots of helpful and minimalistic products at pretty low prices. The muji pens are $1.50 each but you can buy ink refills at a lower price so keep your original pens.
