The electric hot water system in the caravan was not heating up and they found the problem and fixed it lucky for us it was an easy fix. The service was excellent and would highly recommend this business, thank you.

I was stuck for parts for my van at Stanthorpe, the staff at RV had them on the transport same day, excellent service.

Very disappointed in the service. Ask for the bearings to be replaced and the brakes to be looked at only repacked the old ones then replaced the anode on the HWS that I replaced myself just after Christmas. Charged $550 dollars for not much of a job. Won’t be returning

Successful new bathroom renovation,larger shower, new toilet and new basin with vanity customised to suit existing cupboards. Wallpaper added to uplift decor. Thank you RV service centre, very happy.

Had our van in to have gas bottles moved closer to the front of van to fit stone gaurd. Couldn't have asked for a better job, and they squeezed us in . Much appreciated thanks RV service center .

We have use this business for servicing our previous van and had great service but today after booking our new van in 9 weeks ago for its first 12 months and was told on day when I was on the phone was the first van for that day and myself going to work an getting an early mark so I could pick it up I get a text to say oh sorry will not be able to finish your service pick it up Monday well to say I was a little upset is understatement. So I rung my husband and said go out and pick the van up and bring home . My husband rebooked the service for next Thursday and was told it mightn’t ready pick up until Friday . For goodness sake it’s only a service not a major as it only 12 months old. Well I am far from happy with the customer service because it is very poor. A phone call yesterday to say they are snow under and explain the situation and I might not be as unhappy with them. I think they just too big and it maybe time to think about looking else where for servicing. The last don’t take the booking if you can’t service a van in one day
