I recently had dealings with Tank world and can only leave nothing other than the most Positive Recommendation.In cancelling an order ended up dealing with five representatives who were competent, friendly and professional, a shock really so Thank You Tankworld.

We needed a couple of tanks as part of an upgrade on our outer Melbourne suburban home as we wanted to go 100% rainwater/tankwater - off-the-grid. Not just garden supply - but 100% independent.We were influenced by Tankworld's wide advertising but we spoke to several other suppliers and - a no-nonsensem, Cabn-Do guy. whilst price was important, our main motivation was quality , reliability and service.We now have, two huge 33,000 lt tanks on our difficult, hilly site. They are great. But GREATNESS started when we rang for information and then the order and were helped by Janette. What a no-nonsense, knowledgeable lady. Fabulous.We needed the tanks delivered at a specific time and date because we had an expensive crane on site., That happened reliably and we had several SMS updates from the driver on route.Even the driver Tim was in the Tankworld mould" (pardon-the-pun) - a no-nonsense

Our new tank has been installed! The service provided by Michelle Taylor was prompt and helpful, and Delivery Driver Jason was on time and professional. We highly recommend Tankworld.

We have ordered 7 x 23650litre corrugated poly tanks over 3 separate orders during the last 3 years, via Tankworld Swan Hill depot. The tanks seem to be reasonable quality so far and we didn't experience any significant problems with ordering. Delivery service was professional and courteous. This business seems to be quite busy, so I would suggest allow 6 to 8 weeks time frame from date of order to delivery.

9000 litre tank came today. Four stars are for price and quality (so far, but not yet installed and water in so hopefully no dramas/leaks). Delivery guy nice.One star lost for taking nine weeks when ad says 3-4 weeks and poor communication from office. If delivery date is going to be that different, I think it is best practice to keep the customer informed, especially when it is something they paid a lot of money up front for.Tank also has moderate dint and scrape which fortunately is at the back.

Fantastic service from Lyn/Bec in the office and from Steve the delivery driver. We had two tanks delivered to Sydney despite the lockdown. Would happily recommend Tankworld.

Brought a tank and ordered a special fit out due to how it needed to be for our house. . Special fit out was on the invoice. When delivered the tank was a old one that did not have the fit out. Called tankworld spoke to Shane Palmer about it. He called me irrational when I ask to have the tank that I ordered. He then offered to credit me 2.50 for the price of a bung. Refused to take tank back. Said I wanted a discount which he said that I was irrational again I had to except it finally after a very heated conversation was offered 20 dollars and then 50. Which I took due to move on. Never again. Such a bad business

Having previously purchased tanks from Tank World Rutherford, it was my first stop when I needed another. Great no hassle service and the delivery driver on the day couldn't do enough to help. Very Happy!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordering was quick and easy, tanks are as described and delivered within time frame. Truck driver was brilliant, morning delivery and phone call to confirm time. Nothing too much trouble, really nice guy. Would definitely order again and highly recommend.

Purchased a tank through Tankworld , the service from start to finish was very good. Admin staff super helpful , delivery guy as brilliant and very helpful. Would recommend the product and company any day.
