Story House Early Learning Maitland

Maitland Story House is a service that is more than just business. As a single mum who works full time with no family support in the area, I know that I can depend on the staff and their professional care of my daughter. From the first day of Kindergarten to now Year 3, I have nothing but the greatest respect for management (Jade), all staff and our favourite, OOSH/Vacation Care staff. This was especially so during Covid lock downs. Cathy and Kristy are like family and I know they care for all their kids as if they were their own. Every child deserves a place they feel they belong in and are loved, when parents are doing their best to work and provide. Story House Maitland is a home away from home and you can rest assured your precious ones are safe and cared for, like you would.

I cannot recommend the wonderful staff at Story House Maitland enough. From the moment the kids walk through the door they are greeted by a warm, friendly atmosphere. My sons are in the toddle room and attend the OOSH/Vacation Care program and we could not be happier with the care they receive. It's great to see the regular updates of their day through the Story Park app but my favourites are the little stories I receive from the staff at pickup, even when speaking with staff who may not have been in their room, they all know who the boys are and have something to share. The boys are in care for such long days its such a comfort to know they are being nurtured and their little personalities celebrated.

I feel so incredibly lucky I get to send my daughter to this school. I really can't speak highly enough about them. Everyone is so friendly, they take the time to get to know each individual child and parent, you feel welcomed into this little family every single day. I never hesitate before recommending Story House, they are incredible!

Our eldest son attended the centre for 3 years and we could not be happier with the level of care and support he received! The staff are friendly, kind and nurturing. Our 2 year old now attends the centre as well. Without a doubt, the best child care facility in the area! Highly recommend to all families!

My daughter has been attending for just over two years. The staff are fabulous with a low turn over of staff (!!) which is amazing in early childhood. My daughter has learnt so much attending.Great value, with meals, nappies and wipes all included. Amazing, big, open play areas surrounded by nature.

My daughters have both started at story house this year and I could not be happier with the care they have received. We use early preschool and vacation care At the service and have only positive words to say and have raved recommended the service regularly! I feel absolutely comfortable and confident sending my children there while I go to work, knowing they are cared for so well and have the most fabulous time every single day!

Love love love story house early learning for my two children (one in preschool and the other in vacation care) the staff are helpful, fun, Nurturing, excellent commutators and just bloody awesome people!The kids have loads of fun and can’t wait to tell me all about their day.I’m glad I made the right choice of starting my kids out in life, at story house early learning.
