Hiring kids, as a result I got Rum, which is forbidden for me, instead of coffee! I ate it wondering about the taste!Even taste wise the ice cream is not good.So upset.

Ice cream melts before they pass it over the counter. Then half the family throw it back up. Probably needs an adult to supervise the kids running this store.

Very expensive and very rude employees. No effort whatsoever to keep me engaged in a conversation. My ice-cream melted in 2 minutes of getting it. I would rather go to another ice-cream store down at the entrance to get better quality. I'm never going back

I got a pretty good customer service here (maybe I’m lucky), didn’t get bad service like others. The ice cream itself is a bit pricey but it tastes pretty decent. So I won’t consider it’s a bad place to have ice cream.

Service was really good. Serving certainly generous with the hot fudge sauce and whipped cream. Small so not too useful for much other than take away. Kids love the ice cream. Reasonable selection.

Great selection of ice creams and mix ins. The staff are helpful and polite. It can melt quickly, but it’s ice cream at the beach, which is hot and windy, so it’s to be expected. Can’t fault the shop for the weather!
