Very friendly staff

I have been interviewed a few times about wildlife research I've undertaken in the region. The reporting was inaccurate. On one occasion the journalist asked a leading question on which I declined to comment, as it was outside of my area of expertise. The published article nonetheless stated that I had answered, and unsurprisingly the answer attributed to me was along the lines of what the journalist was clearly fishing for.

A colleague and I recently published a study we conducted on the sexual health of backpackers in Cairns, in particular, the prevalence of mycoplasma genitalium and the growing antibiotic resistance to this bug. As we are both doctors working in a Brisbane hospital, we were unfortunately unable to get a copy of the paper. I contacted the company by phone and asked to view a copy of our article online as the only options on the website was to sign up for a month of newspapers when all I wanted was the 1 article about OUR work. I was told very curtly that I had to sign up for a month to view our article. Very disappointed and very rude seeing as you’re making money off of our countless hours of hard work.

Could someone from your office reply to emails sent regarding non delivery of newspapers that I subscribe to. Your lack of customer service needs working on, it is appalling, the best thing to do is cancel any subscription and use google news or any other free online service.
