Wet weather outer entry door to parts interpreters was closed and directed by a sign to use inside sliding glass door entry, however that also didn't operate, stood there like a goose for 15 mins until a storeperson rang a interpreter to let me in.

Awesome building and helpful staff on site. I'd love to work here but happy just being a contractor. Excellent cafe on the premises as well. But not sure if it's available for public use.

State of the art facility for top of the line civil and mining equipment. Front desk staff are excellent to deal with and parts interpreters and store work 24/7 for emergency breakdown needs.

Was really dissapointed. We were there for over an hour and were only after a few things. Once he had taken an hour to place an order for 10 things we were told to wait half an hour to an hour (we had informed them we had little time). We were only able to make it to 1 of the 4 other places we needed to visit thanks to the time wasted. We came back an hour later for our things (paid for in advance) and he had missed 4 filters. Very unhappy. We now wont be able to have pur boat fixed in time to be back before my grandmothers surgery. Thanks for the service. If i could have gotten my parts elsewhere i would have.

1 hour waiting to pick up a seal with 5 others in the waiting area, 1 guy on the counter & the rest in plain veiw doing their afternoon stretche's, cost me more downtime & missed my lunch break not happy.

Bloody hopless, the Right hand definitely not talking to the Left.Overcharged me by more than $700.00 never supplied an invoice so didn't know until I checked my bank account.Makes me want to sell my CAT Excavator.Piss Poor Effort Westrack.
