Truly disappointed in the service provided by them, very unprofessional service by one of the team members there. Was told to confirm my address, and instead was faced with racial discrimination over the phone although they have been informed that the phone reception was bad, the team member proceeded to be abusive over the phone. Please direct your business elsewhere and not waste time with a company that not only does not filter it's employee but also allows for such disgraceful attitude to persist in the workplace.
