I trained at Goodlife Knox City for the first time and found it to be a good experience. Great equipment in the well laid out weights area,very friendly staff, extremely clean,great atmosphere.Recommended.

1.Unfriendly staffs(they never greet, forget about getting any help)2.Toilets, steam and sauna room are unhygienic3.Unsafe steam room(stepped on to a broken glass once)4. Crowd is horrible5. Can’t get workouts done during rush hours6. Insufficient lighting, kind of depressing

This gym is one of my favourites, with the wonderful group fitness as well as some amazing instructors. I'd travel far to be there 3 times weekly. The facility is reasonably clean and easy to access. Friendly staff and prompt service. Love it!!

No big egos, just real people trying to do better.Hygiene can be a issue at times, no paper towel and members not encouraged to use towels or clean up after themselves.UPDATE - Big improvement thanks to Jenny!

Goodlife in Knox which I attend lately is the best, all staff are courteous n helpful. Had very good experience here, after I have search two months for the right gym to join. Im impressed of Chris Dennis the manager, who is very dedicated n passionate in his job, also being courteous in treating all his client members and staff.I have been recommending to my friends about joining this Club.

Great gym, really big on the inside. Love the Arena Fitness Room, Sauna & Steam room is great and it’s very clean. Josh and Chris are very helpful and make the joining process smooth. Very helpful after you join and call to follow up. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this gym to you. They take 9.99 so called quarter coaching fee every 3 months without any notification. I went to the club and talked to the manager, he promised to cancel it. After 3 months, they still steal 9.99 from my account.

Awesome experience. Firstly, i was greeted by a smile from Chris and he kindly showed me around the gym and invited me to use the equipment in a friendly manner, prior to me signing up. Providing me with a good deal i couldnt say no! Furthermore, all the staff are super nice and resourceful with information. Great gym would recommend to everyone!!
