Worst hair cut I've ever had. I cried for a whole day. I had to go and pay to get it fixed somewhere else. The hairdresser who fixed my hair couldn't belive that someone could stuff up so badly and let me walk out like that. I am furious and will tell everyone not to go there unless they WANT to look like a toddler cut their hair with shearing scissors.

Not happy. Told hairdresser what I wanted done, but she went ahead and did what she wanted. Only went there because my hairdresser had closed down due to covid. Never again, no matter how desperate I am for a hair cut. And charged 2 and a half times more than my previous hairdresser for something I really am not happy with.

Effie cut my hair and it was revelatory. She told me all about the characteristics of my hair, the spots that grew out differently and how to handle them, and how to expect a haircut should feel and look. Best haircut I've had in years. Thank you Effie, I'll be back!

Effie has cut my hair since I was 6, over 20 years. Have been to other hairdressers at other times, had a different dresser for my wedding. Keep coming back to Effie. Just knows what she’s doing
