De Ja Vu Hair

Most disappointed with this hair salon experience,I arrived requesting my regrowth touched up and 10 highlights, I advised the owner that I only had two hours to spear she replied not a problem, after 2 hours I ended up walking out with my grey's still visible around my hair line, my hair still wet, the hair which had been highlighted falling apart like jelly in my fingers, and dye stains all over my face and ears, now that I have arrived home and my hair has dried it basically feels chemically fried .When I brought this to the attention of the owner who admitted the dye had not covered my grey's, but said that I was pulling my own hair out and that's why it was falling out and breaking, now please WHY would I want to pull my own hair out, she then abused me and said I just didn't want to pay. I am a 42 year old lady who has been going to hair salons for many years and I have always been happy to pay for this service, but when you walk out looking worse than you walked in and left with badly damaged hair it leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. There was no professionalism showed what so ever and I wouldn't be surprised if anyone in this salon is even qualified. I would highly recommend people say well away, learn from my mistake, in all honestly I strongly believe this place should be shut down.

Brilliant service and results! The staff listened to what I wanted; spent the time to cut different styles with room for adjustments to achieve my desired result; friendly and I didn't have to wait long. I would highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Amanda!

At 17.30 on a Thursday night, no customers in the shop, I asked if there were any appointments, the girl said no. No offer of an alternative time or day, nothing. And she giggled! I walked out, and went elsewhere, when I walked past an hour later, she was still sitting there with no customers.

The staff are nice but don’t get a fringe/bangs from here. I asked for curtain bangs, (specially said I didn’t want a block fringe) and got micro bangs instead.

I was charged $65 for a childs wash and trim and the hair cut is uneven and butchered. The bottom layer is longer than the top layer (there should be no layers). While I was sitting and waiting, I witnessed the hairdresser trying to colour another clients hair and had her back and forth to the basen then chair trying to correct the mess she had created. The hairdresser walked away and left it for someone else to deal with. I do not know how this hairdresser is still operating as they have no idea what they are doing.

I have been having my hair cut by Sarah, for about 6 months now. She is a great hairdresser.I get extactly what I want. No gossiping among the girls wotking there. In & out in 20 minutes. Just what I want. Would recommend this establishment. ✂️✂️

Went here a while ago, what a mistake I made. Despite it being extremely expensive, the haircut and highlights I received were absolutely terrible. I asked for a wispy-like fringe ( a light, see through fringe) and received a heavy and full fringe instead, the complete opposite of what I asked for, even though I showed them numerous photo references. Don’t get me started on the highlights- they weren’t the colour I chose and were extremely chunky, again, the complete opposite I asked for. When I complained about the highlights, they offered to fix them but it took a lot more convincing for them to offer to fix them for free- what a joke. I went back TWO WEEKS later when they were available to get my highlights fixed and it turned out extremely blonde, no where near what I had originally asked for. Do not recommend, very unprofessional and very disappointing.
